Make your own cool green gifts, decorations and ornaments for the holidays!

Greengirl here with a bunch of cool ideas for celebrating the holidays AND saving the green earth! When you cut down on buying a bunch of stuff and make your own gifts and wrapping instead, you do three great things: you keep trash out of the landfills, you protect the earth from a bunch of chemicals—and best of all—you make beautiful gifts that really come from the heart. Plus, these ideas have style! Check it out:

2. Stencil cuptowels, tshirts, or scarves—make anything beautiful and unique.

3. Make seed tape you can give as a gift or use to wrap presents—and then plant right in the ground!

4. Use seeds, pods and flower buds as stamps to create bookmarks or gift wrap.
